To obtain the Student rate, registrations must be done through office.
OPTI reserves right to cancel any workshop due to under-enrollment, instructor illness or inclement weather. If a workshop is cancelled, OPTI is responsible for refunding only the enrollment fee. Cancellation – 14 days or more before the workshop date: Participants can chose to receive a refund (Less $40 administration charge) or a credit (Less $20 administration charge) to any future workshop.
Cancellation – Fewer than 14 days and at least one business day prior to the workshop dates: Participants will receive a credit (less $40 administration charge) to any future workshop.
We regret that a refund or credit cannot be offered if your cancellation is not received at least one business day prior to the workshop.
Substitution policy: A colleague may attend in your place, at no extra cost. You are required only to notify us of the name of the person attending so that we can correct our records and minimize confusion at registration.
